Blackhole depression. Don’t know where or why it keeps coming. I’ve given myself freedom and control by deciding to to take my self out. I will be doing away with myself in a matter of weeks. yesterday cleared another hurdle to doing so. so depressed i cant even type.

Can you get of it & like beat it. If you go down that road. It’s going to be hard.
Once more can you beat it.
And the road is hard to beat it.
Mike I was there today too. Does medication help at all for you? I know it can help me. Hang in there Mike you have an illness. It’s not that you are bad it’s that you have a severe depression. If you had diabetes you would not be judging yourself for it.
