Today I took approximately 20 extra strength acetaminophen, 10-15 regular advil, 2 extra strength liquid gell advil, and 2 extra strength liquid gel midol. How long will it take me to at least get sick? I had a awful head ache for like an hour after taking it all but other then that nothing has happened..

You should call a hospital and tell them how many and of what kind of pills you took. I’m not sure on the quantity, but if you take enough of those pills you won’t just get sick, you will suffer serious liver and stomach problems. Take enough and it will eat a hold through your stomach and cause internal bleeding and liver failure.
