Then what about trying something else? Something else that would ease your turmoil. Because if you find an alternative, you WILL get better. Cutting doesn’t help, not really.
Recovery isn’t a one and done kind of thing. It’s a few steps forward and sometimes you take one back. And that’s okay. It’s a process. We’re only human. Don’t get caught up in what you call a failure – it’s not. Just start fresh the next day.
its ok, if you feel the need to self harm, you have the right to, i also swore i would never cut again and i succeeded until last night :3 . Just start again from the beginning, and every day you don’t cut reward yourself, but if you do, don’t punish yourself, just say to yourself ok, maybe ii did cut, but lets start again and see if i can do any better xx i hope this helps.
