i reached the point of break down,couldn’t stop myself from having this desire to bleed
i broke my promises again with everybody it seems,this fucking new year started with me cutting

I took up MMA, it has the same effect really. Except it is done in a safe enviorment and you learn some self defence that will stand to you forever. If you cant stop it, replace it and wean off slowly.
