How much do we really know about life?

If you will dare me to tell the truth about life based on my understanding,
life for me is meaningless. The only thing we know about life is it has an ending, which
is death as we all know it. Life has an expiration date, we will all die without even knowing
when or what time it will happen. Life is too short, that it is impossible to experience
everything that this world has to offer. Some people tried to give a meaning to life, like they
say it is a precious gift from above with a purpose of love and be loved. If life is so precious
to us, why do we tend to destroy it? Why can’t we stop violence and bad things in this world so
we can preserve it? It is because we don’t have a control of our own life. This world we live in
can change us in any possible way. Some good people turn bad because of the cruelty of this
world and other people. Some rich people turn poor because of natural disasters that can
destroy economy and business they worked hard for. Now tell me that life is still worth fighting
for, because I can think of reasons to stop living and no reason to continue this one life we have.
I am not saying that we should all die right now. What I wanted to convey is don’t take life
seriously because it won’t get you anywhere.
