My English Teacher Promised Me No One Would Bully Me Again In Her English Class. Well As Again, She Was Wrong. A Guy Wrote On A Paper Saying, ‘You Look Like A Rat.’ And Showed It To Me. A Bunch Of People Started Laughing And Found It As A Big Hilarious Joke. It Hurt! :/

i’m sorry about that, when authority figures lose our trust, we can’t help but be cynical. i sometimes wish they would teach more life lessons in school, instead of just “using” us to be productive member of society.

sorry to hear that for whatever reason – some people have chose you to pick on. Typically this is because they sense some form of weakness in you (like you wont fight back or they get a big reaction from you)…. And they use it to build up their own self-worth (pretty twisted).
I am honestly sorry to hear you are in that spot. I wish I could say that I never did that to anyone. But I can recall being mean to a few people back when I was in school too.
The good news is these jerks eventually do grow up and stop acting that way (at least most of them do). Unfortunately that pain lasts for a long time…
To the core of what is hurting you….. DO you look like a rat?? I doubt it. No joking – it is a pretty sad attack. You are a human. You look nothing like a rat , their own comments simply make them look ignorant. Hold your head up high. PROVE to them that you are the better person. Be strong.

But your teacher is trying to keep you safe from bullying. They were just making a silly joke to try to upset you. Don’t give them the satisfaction of upsetting you.
