Reading posts from this sites, I browsed on some websites, trying to figure out what causes feeling to suicide.. One of them is Social Anxiety. Maybe you have no one to talk to, maybe you’re just too shy and confused and nervous and tensed every time there are peoples around you, maybe you spent years of your every single weekends – surfing on the internet, because you have no one to hang out with. The feeling of loneliness is killing you.. You feel different, you feel like no one understands you. You’re depressed, you feel insecure, you feel like you got no purpose in your life, and you always thought that you will die alone – so why not end it earlier? I thought some of you can relate.
Well, if those above are what happened to you, then instead of feeling down all the time, thinking about suicide, and do nothing about your life, you can change and actually do something. Read some books about how to be confident in your social life, how to talk to people, how to feel happy, how to feel important and needed. Get some help from your family.
If you already here, talking about methods to kill yourself – which maybe is lot more complicated than actually learn how to live your life – then I think you should also have guts to learn. Set a goal – you want to have social life, you want to be surrounded with people who loves you, you want to spend your weekends hanging out with your true friends, you want to be able to communicate with people, you want to be happy, you want to have wife/husband and kids, you want to be succeed in both your working and social life.
This is a book I found: The Shyness and Social Anxiety SystemIt may help and it may not, it depends on your willingness. If it doesn’t, then there are a whole lot of other books and tutorials and articles out there. You just have to find it. Your life’s worth – every second of it. Don’t even think of suicide, you don’t know what beautiful world awaiting for you once you passed this one.

This site is full with sad and depressed posts. And it won’t help if you just read about other people who are going through the same problem as you. Yes, you feel less lonely cause there are others, but then you will be there forever – with the same problem the rest of your life!
I felt a little bit more depressed than I was before visiting this site because of the posts here.. I felt so sorry. But I want to help. I hope more people are actually more open minded and let other people to help. It is these kind of behaviors – shutting down your self to others, blaming all the conditions and other people BUT yourself – that make you feel more and more depressed and suicidal.
Please open up a little bit.
