I am paralysed with anxiety right now. Hopefully I should be able to get a nitro cylinder soon. It’s getting harder and harder.

thank you its nice to know that people feel the same way i do. im not sure how helpfull this is, but when i have an anxiety attack or start to hyperventilate, is to do breathing exercises. its not a long term solution at all, but just sitting back, breathing in through my nose and out through my mouth, just focusing on my breathing. it kindof makes me forget, even if just for a second.
That is so funny in a way because I write daily, sometimes my journal on paper and other times on my computer, and that is exactly what I do, as;dkfj.
