I sleep at any chance i get because I hate being aware of my thoughts that taunt me. When I’m sleeping I can’t hear them.. I would much rather be asleep than awake in this horrible world
Me too. Most of my dreams are pleasant. Then I wake up and there are no BLT sandwiches no music no go-karts and no topless women. So of course I want to go back to sleep.
Right the people are each brilliant or at least interesting. In the 90’s there was this game called Half Life.
You’d meet people and you could “click” on them some would have a precious clue about what to do next.
That’s what people in my dreams are like. Then other Half Life people would be babbling morons just spouting the utterly obvious, more or less like AtTheEnd.
And here i thought i was a pioneer of the sleep realm, worthy of studies yet to commence.
The majority of my sleep is dreamless. It’s like i drift disembodied, through a dimmed cosmos, completely separate from anything i know in this life… feeling an occasional sensation of respiration, but without that idea conflicting with the vacuous void of space… it’s like my best-guess at vivid nothingness. It’s like i’m not even there! Also, when i do dream, i find i can breathe underwater (usually discovered reluctantly, and done with caution).
I rarely ever have nightmares, but sometimes there are tense situations or bizarre things… but nothing too bad. Sleep is pretty much my 2nd favorite part of existence… the other being so rare that it basically doesn’t count, so sleep is 1st.
Yeah, Turiya. Cosmic Blip was reading about it and told me that there was a state know as a dreamless sleep. We were trying to discover enlightenment. I don’t just make this stuff up.

I believe it is known as Turiya, a dreamless sleep.

Topless women. Strip club. Go karts? They’re pretty cheap. Eww blt?! Why not boneless pork rib meat :3 music? Ipod or cheap mp3 knock off?
Bit heartless?

Wow, half-life dreams!?
I’ve had Age of Conan dreams, a few times… along with every other game i’ve played intensely, extensively, or long-term.
Racing dreams are kinda nuts. There’s usually lots of understeer and no brakes, or very under-performing brakes. lol.
i know what you mean, wanting to live in your dreams..
