I know it’s my fault. I took the pill today. I shouldn’t have forgotten to take it for the past couple days but I did. Now I’m fucked up. If anyone notices, I must be unbearable to be around.

At least this is something that will pass. I did the same thing this weekend and I was a serious downer but I got my medication again. Today wasn’t fun but apologized for my part in the behavior so it could be behind me. As usual it meant more to me the depressive than it did to anyone else. Good luck with the day.
