You Lay Down Fire

You lay down fire..for all the world to see. Don’t think that no one..is listening..to an aging heart, and a beat gone dry..sparking no flame to bare.. in your lonely eyes.
Can’t be faced with harder..when it’s way too hard. And when it seems too tempting..you can’t fake the scars. We all want something bad..but those good things never seem to last.
Please tell me, sometimes..it’s better.. to live and forget. But I can’t be holding back here.. when you’ve got nothing left. Faking a smile gets harder..and the ones that we get don’t seem to help. You seem to never ask..and surely seems you never will.
I say I’m sorry, please tell me..life wouldnt be won.. by sitting silent.. unnoticed..so far from the sun. You say its sorry..to help with your head to the gun..with your knife to the stone, and a clock-ticking time-bomb..you’re done.
You’re at a helpless end..and all you need.. is some one else instead..instead of nothing you live for..nothing. But still you’re dying inside.. to brake out of hell. Just be free for yourself, my friend..That’s all we can be till the end.
You lay down fire…well I pray you braise relief.
Keep burning brighter…for all the world to see.
That you’re a fighter…that’s what you have to be.
Another fire.. Sparking life back into every heart you meet.
