Have you ever gone running, and pushed yourself to run faster?
And when you run faster, do you find yourself gasping for air, trying to hold on and keep going?
I feel like that everyday. Like no matter what I do, I’m pushing and fighting.Things can never just be easy.

I think its unreasonable to expect that life will be easy…However its the fact that things are unreasonably difficult that disgusts many people. I think life should be easier but not easy. Instead of super ultra mega hard …It could just be hard but not ridiculously difficult. I know how you feel and the metaphor of running fits perfectly. Those who keep constant pace with life don’t have to “speed up” until they are out of breath ….However they expect you to “catch up”. So while they are ahead of you they think that you aren’t running as hard as they are because you are behind when in reality you are running harder but you can’t catch up once life has passed you by. You can only do 1 of 2 things….Either keep pace with where you are at or fall further and further behind until there is no point in running at all. Its like chasing a missed bus….For the first few blocks there is a motive to run….you might catch the bus…..but once the bus reaches a certain distance from you…..you stop running and accept the fact that you just can’t catch it.
I think we aim too high. Or at the wrong things.
The only fight that is truly perilous in life is for survival. If you’ve got that down, pat yourself on the back.
The rest doesn’t really matter. It consists of needs created by people who want to sell you stuff.
When everything you need is right there in front of you.
