I have taken them in the past, and they do work, but not every antidepressant will work 100% of the time, for everyone who tries it. Some might make you feel infinitely worse, others might not seem to do anything at all, and others might do just the thing you were hoping it would do. The world of meds takes a lot of patience to wade through.
I’ve been on bupropion since March or maybe earlier, I can’t remember. It definitely didn’t work right away. From what I can tell medication doesn’t alleviate depression, mine just numbed me if anything. But I’ll take apathy over crushing despair any day. It depends what medication you get. Mine took away my appetite which I rather like. There are so many different antidepressants, you’re bound to find the right one eventually.
ive been on two antidepressants.Technically three cause of seroquel.I never felt any different.In fact my depression id say is still pretty bad.Its the only thing i cant get rid of
