im scared to cut again not because of the pain but because i might loose my boyfriend i love him sooo much but the thing is he wants me to get an abortion if i was pregnet and now he will leave me if i carry on cutting but i dont want to loose him so what shall i do to stop self-harm??

Also, your boyfriend is already showing you his lack of responsibility to your relationship. Ask him what else he expects. Ask yourself what you really want.

I once had a friend who gave me a Earth magnet ring “which she made herself” it came with a letter that said “I am only allowed to wear the ring when I stop cutting, and to return the ring if I continued”. Truth be told someone must have had a angel looking out for me, as I to this day have not inflicted a cut on myself.
Worst of all I hoped in time the scars would fade….it’s 9 years later and they are not fading at all. Though they are healed.
I hope you have a person that was there for me?
thank you for you advise and i wik=ll try alot harder to stop but you know how it feels to have no control but to self harm like you cant live without it
