I used to write in journals. Then I decided that I didn’t want any vestiges of my past to exist so I destroyed them. It was all stupid adolescent rambling anyway. But, you know, it might be a good practice to take up. Clears the mind – a good way to refocus.
i’ll never be able to do that. my diary is the only thing that i want to take with me when i leave. or maybe not.
diary helps (helped) me extract the essential from rambling. it helps me able to relate things with each other. that’s what it did back then, and that’s what i want to do again.
why do you not want to keep anything from past? i see you delete your posts too. are you an adamant follower of present moment?

I’m not sure. Maybe? I don’t like looking back too often. I’m a forward-thinker.
