Every time I read articles about steve jobs, his greatness, set of things a human can do in 5o years, changing the way people live, be the part of history creation
I immediately ask question ” does a normal human life worth living?”
“If steve jobs can do these many things in a life, why can every human?”
“Are all “daily job doers” useless meat bags waiting to finish their term of 80 years?”
Is it wrong to consider ” slaves”, “labors”, “employees” Â are useless human species?
Why should not I compare myself with steve jobs?

Because you’re a unique individual with a separate set of assets, talents and qualities as opposed to Steve jobs?
Did you know that Steve Jobs stole many of his ideas from the technicians and engineers who made up his team? He wasn’t quite all that.
Life is unfair like that. You can only do the best you can with what you have been given… Jobs decided to do the best he could and then steal some from other people, lol.
Why should the criteria for success as a human be decided by economic and social factors? Being successful in those areas doesn’t necessitate enjoying one’s life, or feeling fulfilled. Da Vinci died before feeling his life was fulfilled (at least history books seem to suggest as much). Yet, he’s an icon of genus. I don’t think any amount of worldly success or popularity or renown really makes one life more worth living than another. I like how the communists tried to popularize the notion of the heroic workingman to counter the notion of the successful elite. Still, I think even they missed the point if the goal was to suggest that being a heroic proletariat somehow translated into feeling content with one’s lot.
Give me a break. You want irony, while we’re on the suicide project. Steve Jobs brought the production of iStuff to the far east where, in unchecked factory hellholes like Foxconn so many workers were throwing themselves off the roof to kill themselves they had to install netting around the perimeter. The guy may have been savy and technically competent but he was a royal asshole as far as I’m concerned. All things great in size are not necessarily good at heart.
They also forced employees to sign agreements not to kill themselves, if I recall.
When i first heard that Steve Jobs had died, do you know what the very next thought to cross my mind, was?
iCoffin.
Steve Jobs was great because he was an asshole who used people… sad truth of this world.
Sickens me to see him celebrated. People making all sorts of tributes. They can’t be bothered to give a damn about the people in their own stratosphere.
Sume_r thought like you, that being suicidal was part of a government plot being orchestrated by Steve Jobs from beyond the grave out of Walmart epitomised by lyrics contained in Britney Spears songs. His views were considered so radical, they feared suicidal people might join his cause and end up in void so he was banished from this site never to return. You can’t even mention his name, at least I wouldn’t if I was you.
