Depression for some people can be a roller coaster ride. You have your ups and downs and somtimes your loops that can turn everything upside down then right side up again.
I suggest enjoying the times you at happy. Make them count. Do the things you enjoy, tak to people, pursue your interests and hobbies, and just live. The more you enjoy these little bits of happiness the longer they will start to become. Yes the drop to sadness might be greater and steeper but they will become less and less frequent, when you start to enjoy and look forward to the up times. (Happiness)
Hopefully one day you roller coaster ride levels out to a point where its no longer a ride of depression but of living.
Like always there is support and help here if you ever need it.

Take care.
It sounds like you’re bipolar. Those are the symptoms. One extreme to the other. Maybe meds could help you.
