I really need to get back into a routine with exercise. I’ve been told left and right it helps with depression. I’m not very self motivated….maybe I can get my sister to work out with me…’course, she’s 12 and would rather be on her phone :\
That settles it – you and me, we’re doing an RFL and Battle Fitness test when we meet up. It’ll be tough and you will cry, but you’ll be a battle hardened soldier at the end of it all. But…you might want to bring the wheelbarrow just in case. 🙂 I’m not as tough as I used to be, evidently.

I’ve found that working out was a good substitute for cutting. Causes pain, gives positive effect, leaves no scars.
