Come on now!….you know that’s not true! Don’t take that path, it’s a move you’ll regret later on. Some people give up on happiness before they reach it because of all the work they have to put in to get it. And sometimes it feels like too much…..sometimes you feel like giving up like you do/ or did 2 hours ago but you have to realize that you might be super close to getting through this challenge and you may not even notice it. Now I’m not saying that you’re gonna wake up some morning and just randomly notice you’re not depressed. Depression takes time overcome….it’s a challenge and a challenge is a challenge therefore it’s gonna be difficult for you to overcome it….challenges aren’t meant to be easy, otherwise it wouldn’t be a challenge. Just keep your head up and remember that you’re in charge of the way you feel emotionally. Don’t let external events decide how you feel today, tomorrow or any other day…….Just don’t give up. I don’t know if this will help you but something as simple as taping a sign to your room reminding you of this may help a lot. It helped me a lot,……I used to tape a sign to my bedroom ceiling right over my bed that said; ” Be happy today” and I would see that as soon as I woke up. You’re mind instantly registers what you just read into your mind because reading that sign was the first unconscious objective that you’re brain had. And that’s all this is……a warfare in your mind…….anyways sorry if I wrote too much hehe….Peace out man…..NO I REALLY MEAN IT….PEACE OUT!
