Yes! Cause everytime I ask for help, doctors try to force me to take pills, and then I lose total control over my life. And when I’m super sedated, everyone (doctors incl.), forget about me. But I’m not happy on the pills, they don’t help me at all. And my diagnosis is wrong, but lazy ass doctors decided in fitted in a very popular mental disability. The only help that’s been useful is self-help. Plus most other people will either also be stuck whining about their own depressed self, or they will get bored or depressed by your lack of progress (depressed ppl are really hard to deal with, they drain you like vampires). My mom was a depressed suicidal person, and she was only concerned about herself and taking even from a 3 year old kid. So, what to do when you are your own enemy?

Yes. In fact, I still do. But if you need someone to talk to, you can always email me.
Ask for help. Do it. You’ll feel so much better.
