I need help:( I want someone to Run through the door right now and save me. That won’t happen…I have everything I need to kill myself quickly. Guess this is it. Noone cares enough to stop and listen to me.

So what brought you here? To this decision, to this forum? By the by, as an alive guy, I am clearly no suicide expert but I’m made to understand that alcohol and antidepressants aren’t always quick and easy.

I thought this forum might help. And this decision started 3 years ago when my PTSD got out of control

Three years is a very long time to feel this way. Did you serve in the military or does your PTSD originate elsewhere?

Yes I served overseas in the military and just got out. My PTSD came from my childhood though

Hey JB. I hope the sleep did some good for you. I’m sorry I can’t reach out to you more efficiently but my posts keep ending up in moderation which seems to take most of the day. Anyway, I hope today is a little better for you. I don’t know that there is a fix for your problem but I do know that you are not alone. Please try and remember this.
