No. Every translation that has appeared has been taken down immediately after publication. It appears that the author/publisher is very strict about allowing translations or any unauthorized excerpts from the book to appear anywhere. Yer best bet is to buy it and pay someone fluent in Japanes to translate it for you as a one-off.
I’m personally interested in the graphics and any illustrations since drawing out suicide methods is a sort of hobby of mine. I guess it’s my way to keep myself from physically harming myself again.
I cant even find the Japanese version online right now but ill have to keep trying. I’ll use Google translate! 😀

Never heard of it, but it looks awesome. I found a Japanese version online, but that doesn’t help any of us.
Are the graphics and drawings what make it valuable? It seems that, at this point, the search engines like Google are over-filled with information.
