Down the Drain

I was longer than I’ve ever been without self harming. Yesterday made it exactly 2 months.. but it’s been so hard amd each day has been exhausting. Today I just couldn’t handle it anymore, and I cut. :'( Here it starts again….. sigh. I really can’t handle this much longer, literally
