Hi, does anyone have any advices how to cope trough another day? I am collapsing and my chronical pains have encreased lately. Every day is harder than the previous one. I feel so tired.
If you just have any tips how to cheer up, even for a little bit, I would appreciate if you could share them.

Try practicing mindfulness, you can google about it and you’ll find every thing you need to know. I hope it will help. Stay strong! 🙂
I’ve been finding mindfulness helpful too. It’s difficult but you feel better during and afterwards.
And surrounding yourself with people, even online. It always makes me feel better.

^^^ Great advices, but they forgot something: create art! Always. Even if you think you’re sucky, create art. It can keep your mind busy, make you feel better, inspire others…
try EFT ( tapping). there are tons of videos on you tube on how to do it. What I like is that you get to focus on all the shit (instead of fighting it) and it actually helps release it.
its just important to know that you need to keep moving whether if its crawling or sprinting. its alright to feel tired you just need to rest so just sit and breathe. life is precious. take care of your body. your fragile lungs and your precious heart. im here for you.
Why not try having pets? Or do you have pets already? Well, it’s good because it is scientifically proven that pets will make you happier.
