The only downside to being so specific is that people tend to follow up with nosy personal questions…. and I hate explaining depression to people who can’t/won’t understand.
Right now “exhausted” seems to fit… and I guess so does “done”.
I’d think the “No,you don’t Understand…” would do the same.
I am tired today too, and that makes me feel even more tired. Am I thinking things too much?
