That’s about as far west as you can get without driving into the lake, right?
I haven’t been out that way in at least 10 years.
I don’t even make it to I-69 very often.
I have kind of a phobia about driving on divided highways.
The inability to make a u-turn…. makes me panic that I’m going to miss an exit and be totally screwed because I won’t know how to take the next exit and find my way back.
99% of the time I simply avoid driving on divided highways.
Next week, though, I’ve gotta be on one for a little while as I drive to the place that’s doing my MRI.
I use to panic. Especially since you can’t exactly turn these things around anywhere. I average about 150,000 miles a year professionally, another 20,000 private. I kinda don’t care now. I still get lost but eventually, I’ll know where I am.
People scared of highways should stay off them. Try using Google Maps. In settings you can opt to avoid highways.
Funny, I thought you to be in the muskegon, grand rap area. You don’t seem to be Flint Detroit type. So it must be the bay area?

Because it would be a shame if you lost control of the vehicle and landed upside down in flames in the ditch.
Meh, I’m down to take the risk. I’ll be on I-196 tonight
I kinda don’t care if I die, shocking I know, but I can’t think of a better way to go. Explosions, fire , boob’s, sounds like a Michael Bay movie
