Well sleep is overrated. > ha ha that is my first response anyway.
Its better to be awake and able to get things done. lol
But really.. yes we do need to sleep sometimes. Our body and brain need it. I have even heard stories that certain health problems and even death can come if we are deprived too much of sleep. So we do need to sleep sometimes. But well if you dont want to sleep then stay awake and stay productive with something positive.
If you want to sleep but cant at the moment then try gettting a lot of exercise. Exercise if good for you and it will eventually lead to you craving sleep and getting a good sleep when you do so.

WOW 65 plus hours. That is a lot of Awake time. You have gone that long without any sleep. WOO. I have never been able to go that long without sleep. Even if I TRY hard to go that long…. my body just causes me to pass out and sleep if I dont sleep willingly.
Well it is good to not worry about anything. Enjoy that state. Being in a NON-worry state is very positive. There were years of my life… where looking back now I can say I wasted too much time worrying about things. Worrying really does nobody any good.

When I used to pull many-day marathons without sleep, my body eventually crashed. And it crashed for a good while.
