It’s amazing what a huge difference properly eating and adequate sleep does for emotions. I was down in the dumps the last few days but feeling better now, though I noticed my moods are up and down lately. Get yourself in a regular cycle-once you can control yourself, you can control your life and change it for the better.
Sleep only helos so much though. I felt great for a day until my boyfriend decided we should go mudding last night until 1 am. Im running on about 4 hours of sleep again. Ugh. Lol
