Its sometimes hard to keep going in life when 1) your personal life is kind of shitty and things don’t seem to be getting better and 2) the world in general seems to be getting worse.
I used to rely on my belief in God… that somehow God would take care of me and not let the world get to bad. but I am starting to lose hope a little bit.
just my rant for this morning.

yeah it is hard to keep going…. -_- I generally just try to focus on my hobbies which makes me want to continue to live to eventually one day not be complete shit at them -_- but that isn’t a good approach as it negatively effects things that “matter”

thanks for your response. Yeah I do the same pretty much. I try to get involved in positive things like my hobbies.. but sometimes its hard to stay focused on a hobby when at times everything seems to be going to shit. LOL
Yeah I’m lucky enough to be able to fully focus and get deeply involved in things, sometimes to the point of being unaware of the world around me…. So normally with a lot of my hobbies I can completely forget everything for several hours, sometimes even days…. However I can really only get into that state when I know that I will be able to be alone for a long period of time (I am ashamed and embarrassed of pre much anything I do) which allows me to feel safe as I know nobody else will witness the things I do. Luckily I’ve had the house to myself for the past several months now ^_^
Yeah I am with you. I am lucky enough to be able to find a decent amount of ‘alone time’ to be able to just get into my hobbies and YES. Just like you I can sometimes just get immersed into them and forget about the issues in my life and the issues in the world and that is a good thing. Sometimes I think we need to spend time doing something fun or something creative instead of hearing about the shit that goes on in the world.

yay that’s good that you can do that ^_^ I personally find it better than sleep…. Although a lot of the people I know IRL get so confused when I mention it and claim they have never done that…. and they think it’s weird…. They also don’t understand how apple juice tastes crunchy -_-

The point is if there really was a god that was kind he wouldn’t let anything like that happen, so we make excuses for him, it’s all part of the plan!! Please! what kind of fuck up plan is that? what is he stupid? i’d fire him in a heartbeat!!
so you see i don’t believe in a god in that sense, we are all entitled to our opinions, if anything god is mother nature, and she doesn’t care one way or the other what happens to you, that’s how she rolls.
so who in the hell do you believe in? believe in your self that’s the only person that has control over you, your thoughts or your actions.
there is no hell there is no heaven there is only back to non existence. when the brain die’s so do we. our body particles live on to mix with the universe and become something or really a part of something new, and we as individuals will never know about it.
So really enjoy being a predator in the 21st century that’s what we are stuck with and to top it off we had no choice in the matter. SHE WILL HAVE FUN FUN FUN TILL HER DADDY TAKES THE T-BIRD AWAY!!! 🙂
I mean they obviously deserve so suffer cause…oh wait they’re just suffering for no reason. The notion of a god is absurd. To punish everyone after he alllowed the serpent to manipulate adam and eve. Must mean you go to hell for not knowing about god. Giod thing i was not born in the jungle somewhere away from civilization or just part of another religion. I had had someone tell me god watches you struggle, like the sacrifice jesus made so you can get into heaven by overcoming that and being a better person blah blah blah. That seems a bit sadistic. We are made in his image, there are some pretty sadistic people in this world that can show you how his is. But now that you’re going to heaven get ready to have all that free will gone as you bow and worship god for eternity. I grew up in baptist land. We had the crazy snake priests and all. I don’t mean to sound rude but as an atheist i just cant imagine a god who lets his people suffer and destroy themselves and most of the time innocents are caught in the crossfire. If you were destine to go to hell why would you be born. Isnt that sick.
