every fkin time i sit on the toilet for a terd lately that moment of stillness and quiet is sacred its the only time i get fkin peace its like am trippin an altered state….  got so many friends that show up each day to entertain…takes so much energy 1 becomes less ego and more selfless….it is what it is….also used to complain when no friends would turn up and had all the time in the world for chillin.. i guess balance is key in all things…also the mind is a dangerous tool the universe responds like synchronicity…..just pure being has always relieved me 😉 <3 thx for reading ma rant
