I wish I didn’t feel so pathetic and worthless. I wish I could get my life together. I wish I didn’t have ADHD and dyslexia too. I wish I didn’t have social anxiety and could talk to people as well.
It’s your life man. No one else will make those wishes come true but yourself. And they won’t come true unless you do something about it. I’m not trying to be harsh but just sitting around feeling sorry will accomplish nothing. The only person you have is yourself and the quicker you realize that the better.

There’s not much you can do about ADHD or dyslexia. But everything else you mentioned aren’t necessarily impossible to change.
