All I do is keep on eating 2 meals! I ATE 2 MEALS, AGAIN! I know I shouldn’t be eating at all. This whole month I’ve eaten lunch. UGH!!! 3 DAMN POUNDS I’VE GAINED! I’M SO FAT!! I know some of you are going to tell me that it’s no big deal. But to me it means a lot. It’s been 10 months skipping 1 meal a day, but I started skipping lunch too. From then to now I’ve lost 27 pounds without the one meal. Soooo if I skip 2 I’d lose x2 the weight. And I want to lose at least 50 more pounds if not more. And yeah it’s been working. But it hasn’t been working as planned… my mom caught onto what I was doing but I wake up late so then I would tell her that I have no time for breakfast, and for lunch, I just tell a little lie. Everyday I weigh myself after school, and write it down in my notebook that nobody knows about. But if they search my room and find it, I’m done for. So many questions that I’ve been asked, would be answered.

well i’m skipping to, i eat a lot less than a few years ago, the drinking probably is killing my appetite. cheers!
3 square meals a day remember. No one here is gonna sympathize with you when it comes to not eating. But they may be concerned that your not eating enough and have body dismorphia and see yourself overweight when in reality your not. 3 lbs could be water weight. Have you considered how much your drinking just to feel full so you can avoid eating more? I hope your parents find out about your little anorexia diary, you need help. And don’t you try telling them they don’t understand because its YOU that needs to realize that you have a problem. Fact is your not eating enough and your covering your tracks because your guilty.
no my stomach was completely empty not even water 🙁
What an asshole. The whole “three meals a day” was invented by Western “full bodied” people anyway. It’s actually healthier for you to eat six small meals a day instead of three large ones that slow down your digestion and metabolism – that’s what bodybuilders do.
@OP Try to aim for a 2000 calorie daily diet if you want to lose weight (or use a calorie calculator online to figure out the correct amount). You need nutrients and vitamins or your hair will start to fall out and your nails will easily break, and your skin won’t heal quickly, not to mention various other health problems that could develop, like low energy, inability to think properly and make rational decisions, hormone and emotional imbalance, aching bones and heart issues, etc. So a few small meals a day that contain protein but are low calorie, will keep you from gaining extra, and if losing weigh is a bonus, then you should try exercising on top of a proper diet.
Hey asshole, no one cares about your bro science she’s not pumping iron in Golds gym. Breakfast lunch dinner. You talk about the whole three meals a day thing but then go on to mention the standard western diet of 2000 calories a day which is the recommended FDA amount. The whole point is for her to get to a healthy weight because she’s not eating enough. Why would she need a fast metabolism if her body is lacking energy as it is from not eating well? A slower metabolism means less energy burned. And if that doesn’t work there are a million other diets she can try that don’t involve eating 6 snacks a day.
@OP I want you to watch documentaries on body dismorphia, bulimia, and anorexia. Maybe if you look at a body that isn’t your own you’ll see what your doing to yourself by depriving yourself of food. My advice to you is to get rid of your scale and focus on weight gain as opposed to weight loss.
She said she wants to lose 50 pounds, so I highly doubt she currently weighs 100 pounds.
Maybe the best thing would be to talk to an actual nutritionist, who can tell you how much weight would be healthy to lose, and how much food you should eat a day. We don’t know what you weigh or how tall you are, etc.
OK good point but if I were to ask her what her weight was then I’d really be an asshole. Never ask a women her age I’ve been told. Anyways, both of you be well I only want whats best for everyone.
Of course you don’t ask people their weight, so I was trying to be helpful before in case this isn’t just “irrational anorexia.
I fell in love with a girl with an eating Disorder once, I tried so hard to help her achieve a better self image. The three late teenage years I was with her, it never changed. I sat next to her, while she’d cry over a bowl of oat meal. I’d eat three times as much as her, making my stomach hurt, just to make it look like she was eating little.
It never changed though, I couldn’t do anything to help her love herself as much as I loved her. It’s not a 3rd party effort, it’s all about the person with the disorder, no one can change it but themselves. That goes for eating or even all of us on this site honestly. just my opinion.
You’re trying to short-cut your weight loss and it could backfire esp. on your health. My sister used to be a normal weight but after 2 kids she became obese. She tried different ways to lose the weight, but finally she became disciplined, counted calories-didn’t skip meals but ate very healthy, incorporated exercise and after roughly 2 years she was back to a normal weight again.
Don’t treat it as a race, but a marathon. Think long term. Eat healthy, don’t skip meals, reward yourself occasionally, be disciplined and exercise. When you cut meals your body goes into starvation mode, which actually makes things worse for you as it retains fat and you lose muscle mass. Also if you exercise you lose the fat permanently-if you stick with it. Had a friend who dieted, got trim but once he stopped dieting he got fat again-he didn’t exercise, so couldn’t retain his gains.
