Uh-oh. I think all the junky food yesterday is starting to catch up to me. Yet…I will probably continue to crave junky foods in just a few days. Why can’t I crave salads and vegetables? I find them not very good tasting (I do love fruits though. But alas, it is winter…)
I’m assuming it’s the same for alcohol or cigarettes? Or any other vice? Soda, drinks, tv, games, shopping (insert your vice), etc. It feels good in the short term but is never ever good for us in the long run. We know it isn’t good for us and it never makes us feel good in the long term. But yet we do the same bad things over and over? We humans are dumb and gluttons for punishment, aren’t we?

I *did* eat a small salad today, a salad yesterday, and a veg sandwich. Also drank some tea. Whelps, I guess that’s all the healthy stuff I ate today and yesterday…. o_O
Ate some mango but not sure it counts as “good” or “bad.” It’s a fruit so that’s good. But it has a lot of sugar so that’s bad.

it’s all about cooking, preparing or combining those “not very good tasting” vegetables
one of my favorite healthy things is a “greek” styled salat,
salat leaves, cucumber, tomato, tiny bit of onions, loads of olives, a bit of feta, and a nice dressing to combine it all even more beautifully,
and if one really want to indulge, couple of slices of a grilled chicken breast, but even without the chicken, the salat is just yummy, despite me being a gluttonous bastard for unhealthy more “tasty” foods
also, ratatouille, freakin amazing veg dish! i thought the disney movie was trying to make it a bit more fantastic than it was, but nope, it can be damn mindblowingly delicious
though even if vegs and healthy stuff can taste absolutely wonderful, there is just something “more” about the unhealthy stuff 😉
just need a way to mix meat, sugar, chocolate, salt and “deep frying” and it would be perfect
oh wait,, wasnt there something like a chocolate bacon donut? wonder if it works with a steak too
aaaaand now i’m hungry
dang it!
