Well this goes back a few years I even considered it myself however it requires too much attention and safety hazard for others. Especially since the exit bag consist of trapping helium to your lungs and helium isn’t so easy to get since its sold as a combination with oxygen in every store. Than you need a escape kit however the old lady who used to sell the final exit escape kit got her door kicked down and arrested so I don’t know of anyone else who sells it honestly to me the method is only good for doctors or nurses who have access to these kinds of material overall in my opinion it is a lost cause.
I’ve heard of the exit box, which usually fits you rather comfortably and is buried 6 feet under. I’ve never heard of the bag though. ZipLock or twist ties?
Well common sense would dictate that if you cut off your oxygen supply you’ll eventually die. I think the trouble with helium is that it’s lighter than air which would suggest that it’d get more easily expelled from your lungs and this is why some people have no luck with it. I’m partial to pure ********-some experts in euthanizing animals swear by it and there are many anecdotal stories of individuals ending up in ********-rich environments (like giant tanks or lab spills) and quickly succumbing and dying.
It also doesn’t trigger the panic response that one gets from a deprivation of oxygen or a build-up of carbon dioxide. Of course that’s because 78% of air is ********. Find a way to get the pure gas or deplete the air of O2 and you have a good chance of succeeding.
It might be worth using a secondary option like drowning to make it fool-proof. The last thing I’d want is to make an attempt, fail and come back brain-damaged and god knows what else…though I’m not keen on drowning I’d have to consider some other backup means.

Rather unseemly, too.
I only trust weather balloons.
Rule #1 of this site is no methods.
But since you already asked, with that one you one you have higher chance to wake up with brain damage than to stay asleep
But more importantly – how are you feeling?

lol
The best way to go done correctly.
