I had a post about bad habits

What good habits do you all have? Exercising? Eating healthy food? Taking supplements? It seems that some of us do some surprisingly “healthy” things, despite the fact that many of us desire death 😛
I suppose the only healthy thing I do right now is drink a lot of healthy herbal tea. Mm…not much else?

EDIT: Oh, I suppose I did cut down eating at the worst fast food places, like McD, and BK.

I started going for five minute runs every other day, and it honestly made a big difference. Compared to doing no cardio at all, I feel more together, I look better (which means I can pig out with fewer adverse consequences). All round, I would say that is some of the best “bang for my buck” I have ever got.
