it’s been a very blank day, nothing noteworthy happened. still can’t sleep, but i’ll try now.
i did take a walk and the weather was pretty nice.

yeah, it really helped clear up my mind! x
It helps me too, I put off things that help. Maybe try to make walks in different places part of your weekly schedule? I try to tell myself I’ll do things like that and bail on myself.
