Do you feel like you’re cursed? I feel like there’s a literally black cloud above my head, following me whereever I go. If there’s a 1/100 chance of something bad happening, it happens to me. I am one of those people who, no matter what I do, always has shit happen to me.
I have seen it in a few others- you know those people- who keep having shit happen to them and have bad luck after back luck (we’re not talking stupidity here, not talking about people doing dumb idiotic things and making dumb decisions). I’ve also seen a few who no matter what, has the strangest luck and has the strangest good things happen to them, like the heavens just open up, time and time again, and you’re like, WTF?
Of course, in my case, it’s the former- I get nothing but bad luck. And by bad luck I don’t mean like my food order gets messed up, or my uber driver is a dick.
I don’t normally ascribed to things like “luck” and “cursed” and all that- I am very logic and scientifically based- but I have seen it happen too often to other people, and in my own life to say that luck isn’t distributed evenly and fairly among every person- some people are just afflicted with either really bad luck and others with insanely good luck. 80% of the people are in the middle- good thing and bad things happen, at probably an equal rate. The other 20% are the outliers. The ones on the 2 ends of the chart.
Anyhow, my point is, I am cursed. I am tired of bad shit happening to me. I’m tired. I’m battered. I’m beaten. I don’t want to struggle and fight anymore.

Yeap I am cursed just like you. The only thing though when it comes to death I get saved if it was an object falling from a window towards my way or if it was me having a car accident without wearing a seatbelt where I walked away without a scratch! many people would think that is good luck but for me that is 100% bad luck
You have no idea what bad luck is. Bad luck is being a pedestrian just trying to cross the street, and having a car hit you, and having a shit-ton of daily chronic health problems for the rest of your life from it. THAT is bad luck. Walking away from a car accident, in which you caused, were negligent, and not wearing a seat belt, with NO scratch whatsoever, while I get completely screwed just trying to cross the street, is the definition of irony.
Just yesterday, I met a guy who was in a car accident, and he is now paralyzed from the waist down. You cannot say walking away from a car accident with no injuries whatsoever is in any way bad luck. Do not insult those who actually have had bad luck / bad things happen to them.
I’m not trying to be harsh, but you being young, 26, in perfectly good health, have NO idea what “bad” is, and it really is an insult to those who have actually been hit by a car to say not getting so much a scratch is “bad.”
I study astrology there are lucky stars and such. I have one lucky star – others have many. My luck isn’t set to hit until middle age where the stars say I am set for a lot of wealth and a lot of luck. But for now I have just one lucky star and many unlucky ones.
