STILL can’t fucking log in.
After like 30-40 emails back and forth, and of course, found out today they BLOCKED me from my own account. I keep telling them they can call me or ask me any questions about my account to verify it’s me. But they refuse to do so. And blocked me from my account. Not only that, they gave me the run-around the past 30-40 emails, telling me they’re “trying to fix the technical error” and keeps sending me the link to reset the password, knowing full well it’ll let me change my password on the computer, but won’t let me sign in to the app, because they put a block on it.
I’m pissed because they made me miss my dr’s visit yesterday. I get my weekly injections on Wednesday, and had been going for the last 3 weeks. I told them my schedule and my rider history so they can see it’s me emailing.
I’m pissed because if they blocked my account, just tell me so instead of WASTING HOURS of my time with back and forth emails.

take a taxi if you cant use uber
How far away is your dr office? Have you heard of Lyft? It is same concept as Uber, same pricing. I walk everywhere it is rather easy to walk 1-7 miles. 9 miles in accomplishable but it takes a while
i have an old phone and the lyft app won’t work on it. only uber does which is why i use uber. and no way can i use a taxi- they’re way too expensive. so i basically have to rely on uber.

Does your computer need updated? They kept wanting you to update your phone, so maybe your computer getting one could help once they let you log on again.
