Daylighg savings time doesn’t really bother me. Its a minor inconvenience at most. At the same time i think its stupid and pointless and would not miss it if it was done away with.
Not all states participate. For those that do it does cause lost productivity and an increase in accidents, at work and elsewhere. It is akin to cutting some off the end off a blanket, sowing it to the other end, and calling the blanket longer.
If the idiots in charge can’t see the logic of eliminating it, the least they could do is move the spring forward adjustment to a Friday at 4 pm. That way, suddenly it’s 5:00, and you can go home an hour early with two full days to recover. The Fall back adjustment should then come at 6:00 a.m. on a Monday morning, so you can roll over and go back to sleep for a while. Either way, it’s a ridiculous concept whose time has long since passed.

Yeah. I don’t work so It’s no big deal but for people who do work I feel bad. I remember I hated it when I was in school.

Set my clock my pause and hope it would freeze time.
