Thanks. Not too many people get this. It’s like depression is all I know. It’s my safe zone. And suicide is my best friend. It’s there for me. Just wish I wasnt so afraid of failing.
Very good question. I am getting better by “choice” only because I could not find any acceptable way to get worse instead. Better is better I suppose. Getting better brings me more responsibility, the discomfort of change, plus the uneasiness that comes with life changing transitions from imminent exit intentions to trying to forge a way forward . I did not want to get better but here in the USA it seems family thinks you belong to them and perhaps the government thinks so too.
