They say that suicide is linked to mental illness, but new report’s have found that not all are mentally ill. Has anyone found out recently that they have a mental illness? Or just come to terms their diagnosis? If you suffer from depression, do you consider yourself mentally ill? I use to want to be a psychiatrist before I officially dropped out of college, then I got a prospective from both ends of the spectrum. No one knows who you are on here, open up.

I don’t think it’s an illness. It’s just a way of thinking that once you start, you can’t really think the way you used to, if that makes sense. idk. Like how you process things changes?
I can agree @annon111. I can’t remember that day this year where I decided that I wanted to commit suicide but I do know that this choice has stuck with me.
I don’t consider myself mentally ill, but I would commit. My view is their opinion is theirs and they can keep it. I was just a regular kid before being diagnosed now I am a walking stigma.
Oh well
Can’t turn back clocks
Things could be worse, always
