new update :
im not better
i woke up today feeling better
but in the evening , i started feeling like im being suffocated
and all the suicidal thoughts came back again
i think i had high hopes
and im disappointed now …..

And yet it remains, the depression that is.
Same here. It may go away but it will haunt you sooner or later. Stay strong.
