Meditation helps me alot, this morning i lay naked in long grass in the back garden for an hour with all kinds life crawling over me in the rain and breathed deeply stared at the dark grey clouds that are just like thoughts then it passed and there was a beutiful clearing in the sky and the sun lit up those clouds and they turned bright white luminous, place your attention on your breathing and heart space and your mind will soon get quiet đ

That’s really all meditation is. Relaxing the mind, body and soul.
