i was so proud of myself. i was getting so much better but now i cant handle it again.
im so disappointed in myself and im suicidal again even tho my life is finally completely fine.

We, who suffer of these thoughts may even have them, when everything seems fine. I hope you’ll fight for it. It must’ve been hard to get everything going good again. You can do it, I’m sure of it.!
