how can u convince someone not to die when u yourself cant convince yourself, every time i see a person suffering i just say why can’t we just give up. i want to tell people please don’t die but how how can i?

I know the feeling. It is not that hard if you know that person. I feel like it is easier to see hope in other people. I don’t see anything good or worth saving in me but I can still love people for what they are and so I can tell them honestly they deserve to live and they are good people. Of course it is hard for me to be a model, to inspire the desire to live but I am there, you are there for your friend and maybe that s not nearly enough. But at least we try, and at least we understand.
Yes you do have a point that i care and may want others to just keep on fighting, but whats the point tho yes we can be there for each other and all but sometimes i see that like its not worth it.
