Our feelings are reactions. Did you know your heart has brain cells in it? Lack of feeling sounds like sleep. So, how to care? Since feelings are reactions, shouldn’t we do things BEFORE the reaction to get the reaction? Act out caring and teach your heart to care? Just having posted here is an action. It means you want us to hear you. We do. There is no such thing as coincidence.
Your mind. Take care of it. Feed it the right things. Talk to it. Our minds are miracles, actually. Find out about it. Along with our mind is our body and soul. Gets complicated but they are all working together. Feed them the right things. (have you heard the tech phrase “Garbage In = Garbage Out” ?) Fill your mind, body, and soul with treasure. It’s work, but the reaction and the production will be treasure! Let us know what treasures are produced.
