Ugh why do certain foods make me burp and burp and burp and gassy? ugh! Alot of the time I’m bloated too, it sucks, I feel that I have to suck my stomach in… I’m not fat -_-
Sometimes the gas is painful too until I can burp it all out. I wonder if anyone else has the same problem. Maybe I’ll become a gasbag and be done with it.

Yup, on numerous occasions I’m holding in burps as well lol…
First world problem, I know… it just sucks. Seems like nobody else has this issue, or they won’t admit it.

Sounds like something in your diet is irritating your digestive system.
Keep a food journal. It sounds so stupid and maybe slightly annoying to keep track of everything you eat, but it’s easier to pinpoint when symptoms start. Maybe jumpstart by omitting any processed stuff and try to eat mostly whole/clean/real foods, keep it bland to start, and then gradually add stuff back in?
Hmmm alright. But that’s a difficult thing. I like tasty food! Ironic, because I don’t eat much. It makes me feel alone that everyone else can eat all these foods and not burp and burp and burp and bloat and etc…….. 🙁
I’m scared to eat that meal with the purple cabbage, (chickpeas)? and broccoli. I had some last night and it made me more gassy. So i put it back in the fridge. I had another meal of the same type earlier (whole)… pretty sure that made me gassy too.
I wanna eat it but I have no appetite for it now…
Now I slowly nibble on a muesli bar…

Actually I never had that problem, the funny thing is I wish I did! I get jealous at people that can belch! I have the other problem! you know what I MEAN! 🙂 It’s hard to come up with new lies! who to blame it on! But I have to admit it can be fun doing drive bys!!! 🙂 If your quick enough in a crowd they all start blaming each other!! 🙂
Yeah actually… I had someone ask me once ‘how do you do that?’… I was like, I dunno, I just burp…
So I had met my boyfriend in real life last year and I felt the only times I could burp loudly is when he was asleep. Or in the bathroom. Lol. Or I could try to burp quietly. Well, at least I’m not a farting machine like my boyfriend. Pretty much every time he went into the bathroom alone I just heard farting and farting. I would’ve died of embarrassment if that were me. I wonder if he ever wondered if I though ‘hmmm why does he fart so much?’
But he obv doesn’t have the burping and bloating problem… no bloating huh, must be blessed if you are that gassy.
I get the worst deal here. His farting is really a non issue. I just wanted to say, I’ve never heard someone fart so much in my life before. rofl.
My cat just farted! his ears went up and his eye’s got real big! I think it scared him! he ran off! maybe I’d better go to? 🙂
HE KEPT RUNNING THEN SUDDENLY STOPPED!! I THINK HE RAN OUT OF GAS? 🙂
