does anybody know what happened to the title area?
I can write the body of the post but I can’t seem to write the title.
It used to be just on the top, below the Permalink in ‘Edit Post.’
But I don’t see it anymore.
Is this happening to anyone else?
Can anyone help?

It’s disappeared for me also. My guess is that it may return by itself, the site might be undergoing maintenance or such. I can’t see the logic of removing the option entirely, but hey, I don’t make the rules.
it’s strange bc some ppl can still post titles while others can’t.
seems i’m having a hard time even clicking on people’s posts today, or logging in.
also, i find it ridiculous that we can’t set our own passwords. and when we want to see what our password is, it doesn’t show it but instead will generate a NEW password when all we want is to see what our current password is. UGH.

sp administrator updated wordpress yesterday, and apparently failed.
we should invite sp administrator now to sign a suicide pact with us, it’s the only solution to this problem i can think of.
thanks for the info. the whole website was all wonky today, and forced me to change my password and now i dont even know what my password is should I happen to log out.
Ah, a confirmation that my suffering is not something I deal with alone. Which would make a good byline for the whole site. We’re here to commiserate, which is to some end relieve our pain.
I think the futility and frustration is a fitting mirror for life outside of the site. The human experience is short, painful, and utterly silly. It would follow that anything created by humans would similarly share those attributes.
Tell me about it. Why do our lives have to be so broken and have so many frustrating things to deal with? Not just mentally but just the endless crap we have to deal with (insurance, billing, constantly having to fix “errors,” etc etc etc).
Some people can still post titles because you can post a title through the ‘quick draft’ feature, but not through the main post feature.
