It worked for me as well. Was able to set to what I wanted. Possibly trying from different device or platform. If problem consist, try clearing history on device as well as clearing history on router itself. Make sure everything is open on router too. Nothing restricted or closed or showing moderate. These kind of things can cause problems with these things.
I don’t get it. I type in my new password, and I click on ‘update profile’ right? There is no other option but that. I’ve done that and it still goes back to the auto-generated password.
I hope you get it to work. Don’t let it agitate you too much if not. Give it time if nothing else. I would always let these issues frustrate me soooo much. Maybe part of my development of an aneurysm 🙂 no probably part of it but I’m sure it wasn’t good for my health.
Yes, I’ve been at that area. The problem is that when I type in a new password, it doesn’t save it. There is no save button, you can only click on update profile, which I did. Then I log out and try to log back in with my chosen password and it doesn’t work. It still goes to the auto-generated password.
oh i figured you were in the area, you even said that. the problem i was having was it sounds like you couldnt even change it. this is a better description of the problem though. (unlike my description of what i thought the problem was lol)
i dont know if they would respond (they like never do) but you could try emailing a mod. it sounds like a problem on their end because i have my own password (its been here since i set up the account though). i don’t think this is something any of us can help you with.
unless someone knows how to hack the site and fix it?? anyone? XD
