If you need people in your life, you have to put yourself out there. For example I need to find a gf, it won’t happen without me doing things to find her. That means going to clubs, bars, online sites, etc.

But I just have many other things to do right now so I don’t have much free time to get out there. I also want to get in better shape first, it’ll improve my looks and boost my confidence.

Trying to find new friends should be easier…one way is to go to college/univ, take courses or join clubs and you’ll meet new people.

If you are able to get in touch with people from your past, that might be easier since you have a shared history. If you have some family you can call on, that’d work as well. Good luck.
